Project P.I.T.T. Achievements Guide: All 23 Unlocks and Best 100% Order

A practical Project P.I.T.T. achievements guide covering all 23 unlocks, combo goals, hidden-route badges, and a 100% order that skips early grind.

Why Project P.I.T.T. achievements are worth planning

Project P.I.T.T. achievements are not a side checklist you finish in the opening hour. In Froke’s first-person incremental sandbox, published by Pretty Soon on 19 August 2026, every badge is tied to the same loop that defines the game: feed the Maw, keep a combo alive, unlock stranger products, and eventually poke at the factory’s hidden upper floors. Searching for Project PITT achievements will also surface demo clips from Next Fest. Those five early trophies still exist as a free taste, but the full Steam build tracks 23 unlocks that stretch from the first rubber duck to endgame money, throughput, and two separate endings.

The fastest way to stall is to treat every badge as an early-game errand. Combo x300, a trillion dollars, 15,000 products fed, and a 400 products-per-minute burst all become dramatically easier after later machines come online. Hidden-route trophies, by contrast, are blocked by cameras, fuses, weight, and a gate rather than by raw output. Splitting those two groups is the difference between a clean 100% and a week of pushing ducks with a broom.

If you have not bought the game yet, the official page is Project P.I.T.T. on Steam. The Steam and itch demos remain the only legitimate free way to try the factory before you commit.

All 23 Project P.I.T.T. achievements

Community tracking after launch lists every badge with a short requirement. Unlock rates below are a launch-window snapshot, not a permanent difficulty ranking. Several rare trophies sit behind systems that most players had not opened in the first days.

Read the list as two games sharing one overlay. The left half is factory work: products, combos, cash, clutter. The right half is exploration: cameras, fuses, weight, mining, keypad, endings. Project PITT achievements pop for both, but they do not want the same session plan.

Demo trophies versus the full 23

A Next Fest demo guide circulating on YouTube covers five easy unlocks and a roughly two-hour 100%. That video is useful only as a preview. Community reports from that demo run describe feeding a first duck, throwing a cheap box at a camera, pushing a ring of ducks for combo x100, stacking boxes to reach the mezzanine for three fuses, and dumping enough ducks to finish the build. Those steps map onto QWACK!, BAD?, MORE!, UP?, and a demo-only completion beat. They do not replace the full list.

Full Steam release (19 Aug 2026)23Full product chain, x200/x300, money, clutter, 10 crates, two endingsMulti-session; late grind after the factory is unlocked

Do not farm the demo for a “head start” on RICH! or FAST!. Those counters belong to the paid build. The demo is a legitimate try-before-you-buy slice, not a shortcut into the trillion-dollar farm.

Let the product chain clear the obvious badges

QWACK!, KACHING!, FIESTA!, and WEIRD! are milestone trophies. Drop the first duck, keep expanding the catalog, and the Cash Register, Piñata, and Anomaly unlocks arrive as you climb the shop. Stopping a healthy line to “force” them is wasted motion.

STUFFED! is the same idea stretched over a long counter: 15,000 products fed. Early ducks will get you there eventually, but later machines raise the total much faster. The practical rule for every cumulative Project P.I.T.T. achievement is simple: if a later station inflates the number, wait for that station. Play the factory, not the overlay.

GAMBLING! asks for all 10 Gambling Crates. Grab obvious crates while you already walk the floor and the mezzanine. Community reports say a normal run can sit at five of ten before anyone starts a dedicated sweep. Finish the set after the product tree is mostly open so you are not abandoning a new unlock to chase a crate on a distant beam.

Combo, clutter, and why early grind backfires

MORE!, EXTRA!, and MEGA! are combo x100, x200, and x300. You do not need three separate farms. A continuous Duck stream fills gaps between larger dumps. Cash Registers and Piñatas add bursts. Late Anomaly lines and crate setups add the volume that actually holds a high multiplier. Community screenshots from late factories already sit near combo 196, which is a single clean chain away from EXTRA!. MEGA! is a different problem: the jump to x300 is large enough that you want every major stream unlocked and one stubborn gap fixed, not a rebuilt Phase 1 duck circle.

MESS! and LAG! invert good play. They want 500 and 1,000 loose products sitting in the room. A rising pile is normally a sign your output is clogged. For these two badges, wait until cleanup tools and spare cash exist, then let the floor go ugly on purpose. Do not chase a thousand loose ducks while you are still learning the first line. Once the toast pops, clear the room before you return to routing.

RICH!, FAST!, and CONSUMERISM! belong to a finished shop. RICH! is $1 trillion; community reports point at late Anomaly production and Anomaly crates rather than polished early ducks. FAST! is 400 products per minute, a throughput spike rather than a published blueprint. CONSUMERISM! requires every product and tool to exist first. Buying the early catalog twice does not count as “everything.”

Hidden-route Project PITT achievements

Several trophies sit on one exploration spine, not seven unrelated puzzles:

BAD? destroy a camera → UP? seat every fuse → HEAVY? load the 200 kg path → OPEN? feed the hidden gate → INVISIBLE? finish the mining minigame → SECRET? reveal the keypad → END? reach the Secret Ending.

Community demo footage still helps with the first two. Players report that walking onto the mezzanine starts a short auto-kill timer until every ground-floor camera is smashed. Cheap boxes stacked on their sides against a pillar can make the jump. Extra boxes tossed up first become platforms for lights and angled beams where the remaining fuses sit. That is a community platforming report, not an official map.

HEAVY? and OPEN? are weight and feed blockers, not combo checks. INVISIBLE?, SECRET?, and END? continue after the gate, through mining, UV work, and keypad access. Treat them as one route. If a related badge stays locked after the Secret Ending plays, community troubleshooting advice is to confirm the world state actually changed, then refresh the list from the menu before replaying the entire path.

END! (Main Ending) and LOOP? (IGTAP minigame) appear on the same overlay, but early community guides still mark both as unverified routes. Keep them visible. Do not invent a sequence that no published run has stood behind.

A 100% order that respects the factory

Use this sequence so Project P.I.T.T. achievements land when the systems that support them already exist.

PhaseDo these firstWhy this timing
1. Normal progressionQWACK!, KACHING!, FIESTA!, WEIRD!, plus any combo or feed totals that happen naturallyProduct unlocks pay for later badges
2. Upper hidden routeBAD?, UP?, HEAVY?, OPEN?Cameras and fuses gate the rest of exploration
3. Secret routeINVISIBLE?, SECRET?, END?One continuous hidden path
4. CollectiblesGAMBLING!Finish leftover crates without interrupting unlocks
5. Factory cleanupMESS!, LAG!, STUFFED!, MORE!, EXTRA!, MEGA!, RICH!, FAST!, CONSUMERISM!Late machines make every number cheaper
6. Remaining endingsEND!, LOOP? only after a route is verifiedAvoid wasting a save on guesswork

When the list is down to eight or so leftovers, sort each one with a single question: is this a route badge or a factory badge? Finish one pile, then the other. Random wandering at that stage is how people rebuild a duck line for a trillion-dollar trophy that Anomaly crates would have paid for.

A few hygiene notes keep the overlay honest. Cumulative counters should ride the strongest machine you currently own. Combo deaths are usually one gap, not a reason to tear down every belt. After a secret-path toast fails to appear, check the environment and the menu before assuming the run broke. And remember the identity trap that still shows up in search: this is Project P.I.T.T. / Project PITT, a PC sandbox on Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It is not Fallout’s The Pitt, not a Roblox experience, and not an official mobile APK.

Play the Maw, expand the catalog, then spend the cleanup session on the numbers that only a finished factory can print. That is the entire achievement game.

FAQ

How many Project P.I.T.T. achievements are there? The full Steam release tracks 23. The free demo only has five, and those do not cover late combos, money, crates, or either ending.

Are any Project PITT achievements missable? Community reports from the demo called its five badges unmissable. In the full game, factory trophies can be finished later, but hidden-route badges require the camera, fuse, weight, and gate steps in order.

Should I grind combo x300 and $1 trillion early? No. MORE! can happen on a basic duck ring; MEGA!, RICH!, FAST!, and STUFFED! are endgame cleanup once Anomaly lines and full automation exist.
