Project P.I.T.T. Cheats Guide: Secret Ending, Code 2640, UV Lamp and Hidden Items
In-game Project P.I.T.T. cheats and secrets: elevator code 2640, UV clues, Access Card, clone room, mining layers, and the hidden ending.
What “cheats” means in Project P.I.T.T.
Players searching for project p.i.t.t. cheats are almost never looking for money hacks. Project P.I.T.T. (also written Project PITT) is a first-person incremental physics sandbox from developer Froke / Fr0ke and publisher Pretty Soon. You play an intern who feeds rubber ducks and later products into The Maw, then spends the payout on machines, tools, and new rooms.
There is no official trainer, debug money command, or Cheat Engine table documented for the full release. The useful “cheats” are in-game secrets: hidden items, keypad codes, UV markings, and a separate Secret Ending path. Those are the systems this guide covers.
The paid game launched on Steam on 19 August 2026 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. If you only want to test the factory loop first, use the official Steam store page for Project PITT or the Steam / itch.io demo. Project P.I.T.T. is not a Roblox title, not The Pitt from Fallout, and not an official Android or APK release.
Start only after the hidden gate is open
The Secret Ending is not a shop unlock. Community reports agree you should finish the upstairs 200 kg scale and the 0% pipe first. When that device hits 100% and the hidden gate opens, stop treating the catwalks like another factory puzzle and stay on the hidden route.
If the gate is still closed, more clones or Anomalies will not help. You still need 200 kilograms of mass on the upstairs platform (not 200 items) and later-phase or assembled products in the percentage pipe. Raw ducks leaving that pipe at 0% is expected.
Clone room: treat it like a tiny incremental game
The first major room after the gate looks like a movement puzzle. It is not. Clones run a loop, finished loops create Energy, and Energy buys Speed, Production, and more clones. The loop feeds itself.
Watch the progress counter, not the Energy bank. The stop condition is 200 progress, not a huge unused pile of Energy. Community reports describe a late board around 196 / 200 with dozens of clones and a loop already under 20 seconds. At that point, extra speed upgrades matter less than finishing the last few points of progress.
Early on, buy speed so the first loops are not painful. Once the cycle is already fast, spend where the counter actually moves.
Mine four product layers, then stop
When the clone minigame ends, pick up the pickaxe and start mining. The room does not go on forever. There are four layers, and they follow the same product order as the main factory:
| Mining layer | Product theme | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Duck | Fill the first quota, leave a climbable path |
| 2 | Cash Register | Finish the new quota; do not leave yet |
| 3 | Piñata | Repeat; keep ledges or a rough staircase |
| 4 | Anomaly | Complete this layer, then take the UV Lamp |
One finished quota only opens the next layer. Digging a pit you cannot climb out of is the main way people waste time here. After the Anomaly layer, the reward is the UV Lamp. That lamp is the signal to leave. Do not keep mining and do not look for another factory upgrade in that room.
UV clues, the Access Card, and elevator code 2640
Take the UV Lamp back through the hidden route. Markings that were useless before now show digits on walls around the old 200 kg area, the upper path, the locked door, and other suspicious surfaces.
The four digits community reports consistently list are 0, 4, 6, and 2. Finding 0, 4, and 6 first is common. That is not a complete code. The later 2 finishes the set. Write the digits down as you find them, but do not assume the keypad wants them in discovery order.
The keypad also needs an Access Card. Keep the UV Lamp on and look for a red pickaxe symbol. Bring the pickaxe you already used for mining to that mark and complete the interaction. Do not throw the pickaxe into The Maw after the mine. The hidden route reuses it.
Once the card exists, return to the elevator keypad and enter 2640. Community reports describe the success screen as ACCESS GRANTED / ELEVATOR OVERRIDE ACCEPTED. If 2640 is rejected, check the card first instead of permuting the four digits again.
After the override, stay on the new elevator route until the Secret Ending screen appears. You do not need more Anomalies or a rebuilt downstairs line for this path.
| Step | Item or input | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Open the 0% gate | 200 kg scale + later products | Unlocks the hidden route |
| Finish clones | Progress 200 | Opens the mine |
| Clear four layers | Pickaxe | Grants the UV Lamp |
| Scan old rooms | UV Lamp | Reveals 0, 4, 6, and 2 |
| Use the red mark | Pickaxe + UV | Creates the Access Card |
| Elevator keypad | Code 2640 | Starts the Secret Ending |
A first blind run can take 13–14 hours of total play, but community reports stress that most of that time is wrong guesses, incomplete three-digit codes, and not knowing the mine has four layers. The clean order is much shorter: gate → clones → 200 → four layers → UV → digits → Access Card → 2640 → ending.
Other hidden items players treat as cheats
The Secret Ending kit is only part of the item list. Several tools look like extras and later become puzzle pieces.
Remote. Community reports put it around 1 kg. That is enough to help with the upstairs scale when stacked with crates, bumpers, or a panel box full of heavy objects.
Fuses. Three fuses go into the upstairs fuse box. Climbing the catwalks alone does not finish this step. Installing all three is the usual path to the weight platform.
Gambling Crates. There are 10. Search the main floor, catwalks, delivery pipes, dark rooms after you restore lights, and upstairs areas. Until the set is complete, do not dump unidentified crates into The Maw. The related achievement is tied to finding them, not feeding them.
Cash Register, Piñata, and Anomaly. These are shop products first, then they return as mining themes and late-game feed. Piñata candy counts as a product. Anomaly is the last mining layer and the strongest late money source in community factory notes.
Cameras and pillar lights. Climbing too high can start a short countdown and the I SEE YOU warning. Throw products at cameras or use the lights at the ends of support pillars to ease the height lock. A figure sometimes appears in the observation window; community reports tie that beat to hidden surveillance achievements.
Held-object flight. Jumping while holding something can launch you onto catwalks. That is an intended physics trick, not a third-party cheat. If you clip into geometry, use Unstuck from the pause menu instead of restarting the save.
Secret Ending vs Main Ending
The game tracks two endings. Completing the UV / 2640 route is the Secret Ending path. It does not automatically explain or replace the Main Ending. Keep those goals separate.
Steam lists 23 achievements, and community guides say all of them can land on one save. Badge names and descriptions do not always match across write-ups. One detailed checklist maps END? to the Secret Ending, SECRET? to revealing the keypad, INVISIBLE? to finishing the mining minigame, and OPEN? to feeding the 0% gate open. Another walkthrough describes END? as an earlier credits beat from feeding The Maw. Treat those mappings as community reports until Steam’s own achievement text is the page you are reading.
If the Secret Ending screen already played and a related badge stayed locked, do not immediately replay the whole hidden chain. Check that the gate, card, and elevator override actually happened, then refresh the achievement list from the menu.
A practical 100% order used in community cleanup notes is:
- Normal product unlocks (first duck, Cash Register, Piñata, Anomaly).
- Upper route: cameras, three fuses, 200 kg, 0% gate.
- Secret route: clones, mine, UV, Access Card, 2640.
- Remaining Gambling Crates.
- Factory grind: loose-product mess, 15,000 feeds, combo targets, one trillion dollars, buy every terminal item.
- Main Ending / any leftover verified endgame minigame only after that route is confirmed.
Late factory numbers that show up in those same notes are combo x100 / x200 / x300, 400 products per minute, 500 then 1,000 loose products, and $1,000,000,000,000. Those are grind goals, not keypad cheats.
What not to waste time on
Do not hunt for a cracked full-game build, a mobile APK, or a Roblox port. None of those are official. Do not feed fuses, the pickaxe, or the Access Card into The Maw on purpose. Do not keep optimizing the downstairs line after 2640 is accepted if your only goal is the hidden ending. And do not treat Energy, combo, or cash as a “cheat code.” They are the normal loop.
Project P.I.T.T. hides its best tricks in plain tools: a lamp that rewrites old walls, a pickaxe that comes back as a card printer, and a four-digit override that only works after you stop guessing and finish the prerequisites.
FAQ
Is there a real cheat code for unlimited money in Project P.I.T.T.? No official money, spawn, or god-mode command is documented. The only widely confirmed code is elevator 2640, and it needs the Access Card from the UV pickaxe mark.
What is the difference between Project P.I.T.T. and Project PITT? They are the same Steam game. The store page uses Project PITT; many guides keep the dotted Project P.I.T.T. spelling.
Do I need a second playthrough for the Secret Ending? Community reports say no. The hidden gate, clone room, four mining layers, UV clues, and 2640 route can be finished on the same save as the main factory achievements.
